Following a thorough assessment of shipper’s mission critical, at-risk products, Eggs Overnight configures Egg Safe™ containers with mass customized interiors (providing up to 90% source reduction) to ensure the elimination of in-transit damage, expedite handling and reduce transportation costs. Commensurate with the shipper’s requirements regarding volume and frequency, an appropriate number of Egg Safe containers are then delivered to the shipper's location.
Eggs Overnight provides shippers with the Mother Hen™ shipping solution, a proprietary web-based order management, monitoring and decision-support system that watches over and manages each and every in-transit Egg Safe container. Mother Hen’s™ shipping solution includes a patented labeling system that prepares outbound and return shipping labels, arranging carrier pickup for designated shipments as well as maintains 24/7 carrier-independent visibility.
Upon receipt of an Egg Safe container, it only takes a few minutes for the consignee to unload and reload the Egg Safe container with another like product for return to the shipper. The return label is already in place...and Eggs Overnight has already pre-scheduled pickup of the return product.
