Jon Guyett, President & Director. Jon brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the Computer, Express Logistics and Industrial industries to Eggs Overnight™. Prior to joining Eggs Overnight, he led the Global Logistics Organization for GE Infrastructure Energy. Before that, Jon spent 11 years at DHL Express based out of Bahrain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brussels and South Florida in a variety of roles including Logistics Operations, Sales, Consultancy, General Management , ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales for DHL’s Logistics America’s businesses. Jon is educated as a Bachelors of Engineering in Production Engineering and has an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK.

William Fraine, Executive Vice President. Bill Fraine spent 24 years at FedEx Corporation where he was promoted through the ranks from his starting position as Station Service Agent through to Head of Sales as one of five executives reporting to Fred Smith, Founder, Chairman and CEO. In Bill’s progression through the company he excelled in each assignment where he turned underperforming units in sales, operation and customer support into business leading units. Following FedEx Bill held Leadership roles at a number of companies including, Commerce One, TruGreen, and Legendary Inc. Bill has spent his career focused in Supply Chain Process design, development and improvement.

Dr. Nissim Ozer, Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer. As a globally recognized “Pro to Know”, Dr. Ozer’s renowned, proven track record in leading technology companies to develop and manage innovative, industry award-winning products encompasses more than 20 years of extraordinary leadership in advanced and diverse engineering experience across the computer industry plus considerable expertise in building engineering organizations from the ground up. Dr. Ozer served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President in the years 2000-2007 at RF Code, an emerging growth RFID solutions business where he was instrumental in raising Tier 1 venture capital financing and delivering premier RFID hardware and software products to market. He also served as the chair of the 5-M Software/Middleware Work Group within the AIM Global RFID Experts Group , the industry’s larger international organization. Dr Ozer’s achievements are globally recognized as the “Pro to Know” by Supply Demand Chain magazine, a leading Auto-ID periodical, three years in a row (2005, 2006 and 2007). Dr. Ozer received his doctorate degree in School of Engineering, Purdue University. As a post doctorate in Purdue University he developed, investigated and programmed, methods to enhance training of computerized classifiers (including: neural networks, fuzzy logic and parametric classifiers) controlled by an expert system for better interpretation of machine vision and sensing of aromatic volatiles.

Kent Dickinson, Founder, Vice Chairman & Chief Visionary Officer. During Kent’s 15-year tenure at United Technologies Corporation with the Otis Elevator division, Kent had a multi-faceted, fast track path including senior roles in sales, branch management, customer service, service operations as well as multiple turnaround assignments. Kent then served as Senior Sales Manager at Marking Service Inc, a company specializing in commercial print production for the Process Chemical, Paper and Petroleum industries. In the late 1990s, Kent entered Atlanta’s Mercer University’s Executive MBA program, his graduate thesis becoming the foundation of Eggs Overnight™. By 2005, Eggs Overnight™ gained momentum and Kent began to extend his vision beyond a reusable container product-based model to a service-driven business for the express parcel industry. Kent also holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (1986) and has studied multiple languages, including Spanish, Norwegian, and Mandarin Chinese.

T. Edwin Boland, Jr., Chief Financial Officer. Edwin is a seasoned finance executive with 20 years experience in a diverse group of industries including corporate banking, commercial airline operations, textile rentals, internet start-up, and trucking for companies including SunTrust Banks, Delta Air Lines, National Linen Service and Allied Automotive Group. Edwin is experienced in a diverse set of management disciplines including financial planning and analysis, accounting controllership, finance systems, business process engineering, business development, operations, safety, quality, and labor negotiations. Edwin has had budget and controllership responsibility for several multibillion dollar divisions of a multinational corporation, and line P & L responsibility for a $20 million trucking operation. Edwin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business.

Michael Snyder, Chief Operating Officer, Americas. Mike brings over 25 years comprehensive public and private company logistics and operations experience to Eggs Overnight. Mike’s career began at Federal Express and, during his 16-year tenure, he was Vice President of the company’s largest region. Since that time, Mike’s leadership and managerial expertise has focused on both turn-around and start-up situations, serving as President, Senior Vice President and/or Chief Operating Officer with leading companies across the airline, air freight, shipping software and wireless industries, inclusive Aircraft Services International Group, Airnet Systems, Polar Air Cargo and Smartship Inc.

William P. Henrikson, Senior Vice President, Corporate Security. Bill’s experience spans 35 years of law enforcement and corporate security loss prevention. Following a 26-year tenure at Federal Express, Bill has held progressive senior management positions and, since 1995, served as Vice President, Corporate Security Worldwide. In this position, Bill was responsible for FedEx Express security operations in 209 countries. He led the Security Department with management and professional personnel located in 18 countries and 122 cities. Bill holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Windham College.

Brenda Ragsdale, Vice President, Human Resources. Brenda has 27 years experience in Human Resources, over twelve of which have been at a senior executive level responsible for leading the broad scope of Human Resources services. For the seven years prior to joining Eggs Overnight, Brenda was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Allied Holdings, Inc., North America’s largest provider of distribution and transportation services to the automotive industry. In addition, she was the senior Human Resources executive for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority for five years and directed Compensation and Benefits services for the packaging division of MeadWestvaco Corporation.
