1. What is the maximum weight that the Eggs Safe™ Container can hold? The Egg Safe™ Container is designed to hold product weight up to 75 lbs. 2. Is the Egg Safe™ Container waterproof? The container is not waterproof, although it’s extremely water- resistant. Depending on application, we have various options to secure water tight conditions. We can develop a solution around your specific need. 3. How do we get the Egg Safe™ Container back? The recipient of the container simply places the return product back into the container and applies a pre-printed return label (found inside the container) over the top of the existing label. Once the return package is received, our unique labeling placard allows the user to easily remove both labels, leaving no residue. The container is now ready to receive a new label and be shipped again. 4. What prevents the Egg Safe™ Containers from being opened during shipment? Each Egg Safe™ Container can be sealed with a numbered or color-coded cable tie. Removal requires destruction of the cable tie, so evidence of tampering or access is immediately noticed upon receipt. 5. How many uses can we get out of the Eggs Safe™ Containers? The number of uses of an Egg Safe™ Container depends on the weight of the product being shipped. On average, Egg Safe™ Containers can be reused approximately 50 times. 6. How much do the containers cost? The cost of the container is dependent upon the application. Egg safe containers are typically leased with or without a maintenance agreement, but may be purchased outright. 7. Do you have to order a minimum number of containers? Purchase: For the purchase of a standard container there is no minimum order. With the Cold Chain container, it is a minimum of Five (5). Leasing: There is a minimum of Ten (10) containers necessary for any Leasing program. 8. Can I see a sample of the custom container prior to placing an order? Yes, Eggs Overnight™ will provide a custom container prototype at the Purchase Price Plus $50. This cost will be 100% refunded as a credit against any purchase or lease program. 9. How long does it take to receive a prototype container for my specific application? Prototyping will take approximately 10-14 Business Days, depending on size and complexity of the container. 10. What happens when the container is no longer usable? Eggs Overnight Inc. has an Infinity Program, essentially a system to rebuild, repair, or replace the entire container so that it never has an end of life. 11. On one-way shipments, how do I get my clients to return the containers back to me? The Egg Safe™ Container has a labeling system that facilitates easy OUTBOUND and RETURN of the container, with end-to-end preparation times that take less than 45 seconds. 12. Can using Egg Safe™ Containers reduce my insurance costs? Eggs Overnight can put you in touch with a major insurance carrier who wants to do exactly that. They are pre-disposed to the Eggs expertise to reduce damage and other ‘pains’ of shipping, and therefore able to reflect this in their insurance costs. |
